The club meets for training once a week. New players of all levels and ages, coaches and umpires are welcome to join us. There is no need to contact us first, just come along to a training session and try it out. If you like it and would like to come regularly and play for Flava Netball Club, you will be required to join.

times are as follows:
Seniors (Ages 16+) Tuesdays 8.30pm - 10pm
Juniors (Ages 8 - 16) Mondays 5.15pm - 7pm
